Program Overview

The training combines human and artificial intelligence with confidential member data to help professionals learn what they need to know, improve their professional skills, and make better career decisions.

Each module includes a title, estimated time, a brief description, assigned readings, an online presentation, and a reward for completion.

Seven Modules

1. Overview of the APD Nirvana Club™ training program, sign-up flow, benefits, and platform overview.
2. APD RAIKS™, including instructions, demos, reporting, and practice assessments.
3. APD Sherpa Tools™, including Mind Genomics survey workflows and interpretation.
4. Member data entry for job seekers and employers, including asserted information and uploads.
5. Member data interpretation and use, including visualizations, fiduciary recommendations, and what-ifs.
6. Practice sessions before using live information, including simulated market scenarios.
7. Joining as a member and transferring data into the live system.
