APD Nirvana Club™ – Training Program – Syllabus Draft – 25.08.20

Introduction:

Autonomous Professional Development Inc. ("APD"), founded in 2015, is an education and hiring technology company that creates and provides autonomous learning and artificial intelligence analytics to solve significant problems and enhance the performance of professional students, teachers, researchers, academic administrators, job seekers, workers, and companies.

The APD Nirvana Club™ training program will always be free. It combines human and artificial intelligence, and confidential data from a wide range of its professional members helps a wide range of professionals to learn what they need to know, improve their professional skills, and better manage their careers and career decision-making skills. It will also expand the identity capital of both job seekers and employers.

Its primary purpose is to familiarize and then train and certify new APD club members to provide information about what they want and to assert information about what they can do.

Each Module Includes

  • a title and estimated time to complete
  • a brief description of its contents
  • assigned readings
  • an online presentation
  • a reward for completing the module

Module 02: APD RAIKS™ (Rapid Assessment of an Individual's Knowledge and Skills) Read more

  2. Distribute instructions
  3. Demo and discuss the RAIKS taking screen
  4. Display and discuss an individual report and a group report
  5. Take a practice RAIKS in their industry of choice

M02 Reward: Certification as a RAIKS User and the ability to use selected RAIKS at no cost. Optional free training to get certified as a RAIKS Author and earn money.

Module 03: APD Sherpa Tools™ (e.g., Mind Genomics) Read more
  1. Introduce the functionality of Mind Genomics science and its many customers
  2. Distribute and discuss the instructions for taking and interpreting a Mind Genomics Survey ("MGS")
  3. Demo and discuss the MGS taking screen information
  4. Display and discuss your MGS individual report (YPEO)
  5. Display and discuss the MGS group report (TSPEO)
  6. Take a practice MGS and interpret the results
